We are excited to kick off the 2019 Spring Tour of Homes presented by CPS Energy and
Keith Zars Pools. We are featuring ten (10) Key Communities and 63 new homes this year
and one lucky home buyer of a home on the Tour will win a new Keith Zars Pool. The Spring
Tour of Homes kicks off on Saturday, April 6th and every home buyer who writes a qualified
contract during the month of April will be entered into a drawing to win a new Keith Zars Pool.

Members ask me on a regular basis how they can get involved in the Association. There
are several ways to get engaged and further your career and receive first class training too. If you are in sales, consider joining the
Sales and Marketing Council (SMC). The Council is being led by Margo Villarreal with Sitterle Homes this year. The SMC Council
is very involved-they just hosted the most successful Million Dollar Sales Awards Breakfast in the history of GSABA. The event
recognized 137 outstanding new home sales professionals.

Join SMC on Wednesday, April 17 for Battle of the Builders at Main Event, additional details are in this edition of the Builder Brief.

This event will be well attended by Builders and Associates and promises to be a fiercely competitive event as team’s battle for this
year’s number one spot. You can make your reservations on line at www.sabuilders.com . Your $20 registration fee as an attendee
comes with dinner, one drink and a $20 gift card to Main Event, the Reception will be held starting at 5:00 pm but join us for the
battles starting at 3:00pm. Interested in registering a team of 8? We are seeking Game Station Sponsors for $750 for the event so

If you are under 45 years old, another dynamic group to consider joining is the Young Professionals Leadership Committee (YPLC).
This year, Wyndy Clark with The Schrader Group is leading YPLC and this Committee is on fire. They recently held their second
annual bowling tournament with the Young Professionals from the San Antonio Board of Realtors (SABOR) to benefit Strong
Foundation Ministries and they are in the middle of their coat drive. We know Spring is in the air but coats are on sale and most of
our kiddos have outgrown last year’s coats so please consider donating to this great cause. You can drop off your coats at GSABA
for YPLC.
Another great way to meet people and potential clients is to attend a Membership Mixer. Our next Membership Mixer is being
hosted by Keith Zars Pools on Thursday, April 11 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. The Mixer will officially kick off Fiesta and will be held at

the Keith Zars Showroom located at 17427 San Pedro Avenue.
