What are five things you offer your residents? Incredible architecture, a rich sense of history, unique vibes, high
walkability, and great schools.
Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Still preserving San Antonio’s unique sense of culture and history!
What’s your style? Due to the revitalization I experienced in the 1960’s, my preserved homes include architectural
ranging from Greek Revival to Victorian to Italianate.
What’s nearby? Downtown San Antonio and all its cultural goodness, of course!
If you could be any animal, which one and why? I’d choose a fox. I’m witty and sly (and maybe a bit wry), but also
adorable.
What movie could you see yourself in? The Odd Life of Timothy Green! That old home was to die for.

Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Hehe...still as the original neighborhood of San Antonio!
What’s your style? From my signature palm trees to the 19th-century scrollwork of the Hays Street Bridge, I’m all
about the details. Given my diverse population and housing stock, I offer anything from beautifully restored homes
to potential fixer-uppers.
What’s nearby? I’m less than 10 blocks from core city attractions like the Alamo, River Walk, Pearl Brewery, and
St. Paul’s Square!
If you could be any animal, which one and why? I think I’d be a cat...I do my own thing, and you never really know
what you’re gonna get. But I’m a total classic!
What movie could you see yourself in? The Holiday? Both houses are totally different, yet both could fit in my
neighborhood!
