Miralomas to Host the
2018 Parade of Homes

We are pleased to announce Miralomas Development Corporation will partner
with the Greater San Antonio Builders Association (GSABA) to host the 2018
Parade of Homes at Miralomas in Boerne from October 6th through October
14th. Miralomas is 25 miles from San Antonio, a 5 minute drive to downtown
Boerne and just 3 miles west of IH-10 along Hwy 46. This year, all parking will be
on site at the main entrance to the community with a short 3 minute shuttle ride
to the Parade of Homes site.
Kristi Sutterfield Miralomas is an 866 acre master planned community with a picturesque valley

surrounded by rolling hills and nestled in the heart of the Hill Country. The homes
will have incredible panoramic views. The Boerne Independent School District is
rated A+ and there are medical facilities, restaurants and more located within minutes of Miralomas.

The community is designed to preserve the essence of the Hill Country and foster wildlife habitation that will
engage residents through meaningful community experiences. The amenity package is second to none with a
trail system, clubhouse with fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor living areas and water features. The open
