criminal case – a case of fraud?
iii) Would it make any difference that he was living in another country?
iv) Would it make any difference if the client had become a good friend?

case of wine from the defendant company. What do you do?
ii) Would it make any difference if you did not know who the sender was,
because the delivery company indicated that they do not know who it
is from as it was a cash payment?
iii) You have heard all the evidence in the case but have not yet written
your judgement. You plan to write your judgement over the weekend
and deliver it on Monday morning. On Saturday, a case of wine arrives
from the defendant company, before you have written your judgement.
What do you do? Do you write the judgement?
