2. SPLIT JURISDICTION
Cases Magistrates cannot do
1) Cases dealing with the rule of law;
2) Illegality and abuse of police powers, prosecution
authority, government officials pursuant to ulterior
motives; and
3) Wrongful purposes in violation of international law
and fundamental human rights.
