EXAMPLES OF MISUSE/MANIPULATION
(1) Principles of secondary parties
Not an abuse of process of the court to prosecute a
secondary party for a greater offence when the principal
was convicted of the lesser offence and when pleas of guilty
to lesser offence had been accepted from secondary parties.
