■ Scenario (2):
The defendant, age 30, was charged with murder. He admitted to being involved in
violence inside the club that night on the scene of the murder, that he had hit
someone with a metal tray. He was previously convicted for driving a car under
excessive alcohol without a licence and insurance when he was 25 years old. He was
also convicted for the possession of marijuana 10 years ago.
