1. SPLIT JURISDICTION
Cases Magistrates can do
1) Complaints directed at the trial process/procedure;
2) Complaints containing malafides of prosecution,
investigations as to the bona fides of the
prosecution or investigation as to whether
prosecution instituted unfairly or oppressively;
3) Delay; and
4) Unfair manipulation of court procedures.
