ORAL JUDGMENT
1. Majority of decisions by Magistrates are given orally.
2. Decisions with reasons given immediately after the
hearing or shortly afterwards.
3. If decision given after a long time it should be in
writing
4. Used by courts with heavier case loads where
judgments must be given quickly.
