In considering Step 2 of Aguillera, Goodyear requires that the judge gives the aggravating
factors their greatest weight while giving the mitigating factors their least weight thereby
arriving at the maximum likely sentence.
In calculating the actual sentence after giving a Goodyear indication, the judge then
calibrates the aggravating and mitigating factors.
