These steps will become your blueprint to follow and adjust (when needed). It’s
about letting go of old behavior and building new productive habits. Repeating
old behavior will just yield the same results.
Behavior Change
This important step is where challenge comes into play. You have to change your
behavior and build new daily habits and concentrate on the 24 hours ahead
of you. It is necessary that you become focused, prepared, consistent and
disciplined.
You are the creator of your success and the secret to your success can be found
in your daily activities. People who achieve their potential / goals do so because
they invest time and commitment in themselves everyday. You can’t grow unless
you are willing to change.

Building a solid foundation of self-discipline makes most anything is possible.
Put your heart, mind, and soul into even your smallest daily acts. This will be one
many keys to your success.
Behavior change is the law of life and those who look only to the past or the
present are certain to miss the future. It is important to have the proper mind
set: no matter what others say or do, I will accomplish my dreams.
Dream killers come in many forms…drugs, alcohol, friends, parents or even
ourselves.
