MINUTES OF THE CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON
30 MAY 2019 AT CvSU GENERAL TRIAS CAMPUS

Agenda: Approving the list of candidates for graduation and graduates with honors for the
Second Semester Academic Year 2018-2019 and recommending the same for
endorsement of the University Academic Council to the Board of Regents.

1. The meeting started at 9:00 in the morning with Prof. Noel A. Sedigo as presiding officer.

2. Prof. Sedigo requested Department Chairpersons, to read the official list of the
candidates for graduation per program.

3. Department Chairpersons read the list of candidates for graduation per program and
added that the said students also completed all the academic requirements in their
respective curricula and based on the evaluation procedure.

4. Prof. Sedigo requested the members of the committee to give their comments on the
said candidates for graduation.

5. There were no comments and objections, on motions duly seconded; the curriculum and
instruction committee of the campus had approved the list of the candidates for
graduation as Resolution No. 1 s. 2019.
