MINUTES OF THE CURRICULUM AND INSTRUCTION COMMITTEE MEETING HELD ON
21 MAY 2018 AT THE STARRDEC OFFICE, CvSU MAIN CAMPUS

Agenda: Approving the list of candidates for graduation and graduates with honors for the
Second Semester Academic Year 2017-2018 and recommending the same for
endorsement of the University Academic Council to the Board of Regents.

1. The meeting started at 2:00 in the afternoon with Prof. Noel A. Sedigo as presiding officer.

2. Prof. Sedigo requested Ms. Venna Mi A. Feranil, Campus Registrar, to read the official list
of the candidates for graduation.

3. Ms. Feranil read the list of candidates for graduation and added that the said students also
completed all the academic requirements in their respective curricula and based on the
evaluation procedure.

4. Prof. Sedigo requested members of the committee to give their comments on the said
candidates for graduation.

5. There were no comments and objections, on motions duly seconded; the curriculum and
instruction committee of the campus had approved the list of the candidates for graduation.
