First Offense - Disciplinary Sanction
Subsequent Offenses - Exclusion for not less than one week to not more than one

3.1 The apprehending Person-In-Authority shall immediately tale custody of the subject articles
of the offense and turn them over to the Office of Student Affairs or safekeeping until the
case is finally decided.
3.2 Penalties imposed under this section shall include confiscation of the subject articles of the
offense to be turned over to the government authorities concerned.

4. Unauthorized use of cellphones and text messaging during classes:

First Offense - Reprimand
Second Offense - Exclusion for at least one week but not more than one month
Third Offense - Exclusion for at least one month but not more than one
Semester

5. Using Fictitious Name:

First Offense - Disciplinary Sanction
Subsequent Offenses - Exclusion for not less than one week to note more than one
Semester

6. Smoking within the Campus:

First Offense - Disciplinary Sanction
Subsequent Offenses - Exclusion for not less than one week to not more than one
Semester

Subsequent Offenses - Exclusion for not less than one month to exclusion from the
University

7.2 Directed against another student/s:

First Offense - Disciplinary Sanction and submission of letter of apology
