II. IMPLEMENTATION

➢ The maintenance system of the laboratories and equipment
The laboratory room custodian maintains the organization of
laboratories and the condition of every tool and equipment. During the
usage, malfunction equipment/tools are directly reported to the laboratory
custodian who performs necessary remedy. In case of total malfunction, the
problem is submitted to campus maintenance group.

Inventory of tools which are commonly used in laboratory classes is
frequently conducted. Tools and equipment that have been lost which are
proven to be the students’ negligence e are recorded and that responsible
student should replace the exact same tool as soon as possible.

The cleanliness of the laboratory is maintained by the students
before and after the class, as well as the utility personnel. There are faculty
room assignment and list of faculty members in-charge in keeping the
cleanliness of the campus. Schedule of general cleaning and maintenance
of all computers in computer laboratory is every semester.
