Where this discretion is invoked the number of copies made, their purpose and the costs
claimed for them must be set out in the bill.
9. Costs of preparing the bill
In head (k) in paragraph 5(1) (other work done) a claim may be made for the
reasonable costs of preparing and checking the bill of costs.
