(c) the enforcement of orders made overseas which are enforceable in the Island
by virtue of an order under section 32 of the Criminal Justice Act 1991.
12.73 Civil recovery
Schedule 12.2 makes provision for proceedings under —
(a) Part 1 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2008 (civil recovery orders); and
(b) Part 4 of that Act (investigations).
