(c) the policies and strategies specified by the Treasury under paragraph SCH. 1

(d) any other matter about the effectiveness and efficiency of the operations
of the Commission as the Treasury may direct.

(3) The report and accounts prepared in accordance with this paragraph
shall be laid before Tynwald.

Complaints

8. The Commission shall make and publish a document containing a policy
for investigation and adjudication in the case of complaints made against the
Commission.

Interpretation

9. In this Schedule, “functions”, means functions conferred on the Commission
and referred to in paragraph 2.
