CRIMINAL JUSTICE (MONEY LAUNDERING)

(AMENDMENT) CODE 2009

Coming into operation: 1 March 2009

The Department of Home Affairs makes this Code under section 17F of the Criminal
Justice Act 1990 after consulting with such persons and bodies that appear to it to be
appropriate.

1. Title
The title of this Code is the Criminal Justice (Money

Laundering)(Amendment) Code 2009 .

2. Commencement
This Code shall come into operation on 1 March 2009 .

3. Amendment of SD 935/08
In Schedule 2 (List of countries) to the Criminal Justice (Money Laundering)

Code 2008 , insert “British Virgin Islands”.
