10 Advocates (Amendment) Act 2010 c.1
(7) In section 26A and this Schedule —
“director”, in relation to a recognised body whose affairs are managed by
its members, means a member of that body;
“recognised body” has the same meaning as in the Advocates Act 1995.”.
