(c) set a timetable for the trial, unless a timetable has already been fixed, or the
court considers that it would be inappropriate to do so;
(d) give directions as to evidence and the preparation and filing of a trial bundle;
and
(e) specify any further steps that need to be taken before trial.
(3) Where the court sets a trial timetable, it shall do so in consultation with the
parties.
