           MB Tyre and Auto Centre is a retailer that combines the utility of specialised knowledge with the personalised

           service of a family-owned business. Our mission is to represent both our Business and ourselves. In doing so,
           we hope that every customer remembers us as fair, diligent, and reliable.

           The Keys to success for MB Tyre and Auto Centre are


           Good service - The fair and conscientious treatment of the customer is a fundamental component to the
           success of any retailer.


           Longevity – The owner and manager have 16 years’ experience in the industry has a good track record of
           success in seniors management positions in the industry with many excellent connections and reputation with
           all the key suppliers and customers built up over the years.


           Expansion - By increasing the size of our inventory and the span of that inventory (including the addition of
           new services), MB Tyre and Auto Centre hopes to perpetuate its business for many years to come.

       2. Development Impact


           The business will be managed by Mark Boyd and expects to initially employ 3 plus 1 part time people in
           the first year of business


           The business at this stage: has no employment equity plan and skills development plan in place but such
           a plan will be drafted in future and cover the following topics

                  Objectives for every year
                  Affirmative action plans that will be implemented
                  Timetables for annual objectives
                  Growth Development Plan
                  The duration of the plan

                  Procedures that will be used to monitor and evaluate implementation of the plan
                  The duration of the plan (not shorter than 1 year or no longer than 5 years)
