up and behind the two
frapping turns and bring
it out in the middle of
the two frapping turns. wrap and tucK Knots

Finally, pull the working
end tight, which creates a
square knot in the seizing
in the middle of the two
legs of the rope. Trim off
the excess from the two
ends of cord.
