Legislation responding to the opioid crisis includes a segment in Title 9, Section C, on care of veterans that charges the US Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to “develop a plan to improve the effectiveness of complementary and integrative health services for veterans and to establish a pilot project in complementary and integrative health strategies.” XX
The Office of Cancer Complementary and Alternative Medicine, Division of Cancer Diagnosis and Treatment, of the National Cancer Institute convenes a special workshop focused on the State of the Science: Cancer Complementary and Alternative Medicine Therapeutics Research. The current state
