Alf Jacka, ND, respected pioneer of Australian naturopathy; with support from Maurice Blackmore, also an influential leader in advancing Australian naturopathy. Until then, most NDs relied on correspondence courses from the US or UK or ‘up-skill’ from DC.
LEGISLATION AND PUBLIC POLICY
Royal Commission of Inquiry into Matters Relating to Natural Therapists (The Guthrie Report) recommends prohibition of naturopathy in Australia.
