HAWKINS HAILE Interim Leadership Placements
Senior Interim Leadership is required by Clients for a number of different reasons including maturnity leave; long term illness and so on.
Due to the nature of our work Hawkins Haile has good access to senior professionals who for whatever reason have decided they want to work on a contract basis on interesting projects. For others it may be that a temporary contract with the potential to go full time is of interest.
We have individuals at both Managing Director and Director Level across all areas of our coverage.
Our bench of potential interim employees is global.
Terms are charged on a monthly basis with the final tally reduced by the amount if the Interim Candidate becomes permanent within
twelve months.
