Transformational Leadership Programmes:-
In line with scientific studies we offer two programmes one group programme, The Gravitas Masterclass for up to five executives and one individual programme The Ascendant. Dependent on the level of leadership understanding and seniority Risk Managers may start on either programme.
Counsel is available as and when needed, as individual sessions on an individual
one off basis. These must be at least one month apart to avoid dependency issues for the benefit of the individual. We also offer telephone consultation on an hourly basis in the same manner.
It is recommended that the risk manager’s most recent appraisal and psychometric information if available is brought to the first session or in the case of the masterclass sent previously. We also recommend a telephone consultation with the individual’s line manager where possible to address any specific potential or plans.
The Ascendant
Conducted on an individual basis the Ascendant takes Place Over 6 half day sessions at your offices*, Between 2 Weeks to One Month Apart.

The Gravitas Masterclass
Conducted on a Group basis the Masterclass occurs over 2 days with up to 5 individuals at Your Offices*. Individuals can come from different teams and departments or groups. This can be on consecutive days or a week apart.
