ABOUT US
• Our experience of designing and delivering national promotion and leadership processes provides an in-depth understanding of the demands and expectations of those working across policing.
• Our approach to Personal Development is focused on wider behaviour change and individual growth to enhance workplace effectiveness and is not coaching to ‘pass’ any specific assessment or selection process.
• We seek to develop and implement our offer through a tri-partite arrangement with the client, your line manager/employer, and the advisor, to create a shared ownership of the development journey.

COSTS
A package of five times two hour one-to-one sessions over Skype or the telephone can be arranged for £2,000. However, services are tailored to meet your personal needs and can also include access to specific psychometric tools alongside face-to-face sessions where required.
