Our experience of designing and delivering national promotion and leadership processes provides an in-depth understanding of the demands and expectations of those working across policing.
Every client is an individual – we believe in a flexible, client-centred, ‘in the moment’ approach to the Personal Development Process that includes a variety of methods and models rather than a ‘one-size-fits-all’ approach.
COSTS
Solution costs will vary based on the specific numbers and format of your Personal Development Workshop. Group workshops can be accessed from £1200 for a full day (plus VAT, venue costs, and facilitator travel expenses) and ‘awareness sessions’ for larger audiences can also be arranged.
