A fantastic month in June with 23 net sales – the best result in 5 years!
Great to see 5 sales in our Southern estates, this has not happened in a
long time and both West Hills and Hobsonville Point came in with 7 sales.

Employing the tactic of First Movers Advantage once lockdown was over
has paid dividends across the board for Universal Homes. During July, the
focus will be on First Home Buyers with the launch of a new webpage,

we’ll continue to reach out to potential investors and work will commence
to develop the brand and web page for the new Northcote Estate.
