At the beginning of March it looked to be a fantastic month with some great
sales, Axis Homes on offer and BB10 property releases.

It was clear from Showhome visits that COVID-19 had made a significant impact

on what could have been a great month for Universal Homes. Final sales – 14
prior to lockdown on 26th March.

Due to the Level 4 lockdown, we were unable to complete photography and
video for BB10 but we did manage to interview and film Srecko, a positive step
towards completion of our Investor Strategy.

Irene’s visit to Auckland took place as planned just prior to lockdown, it’s always

great to catch up with staff at HQ and the Sales Agents on the ground.

At present we are unsure when this COVID-19 level 4 lockdown will lift, in the

meantime our focus will be on strong, engaging social posts and highlighting of
hot properties on offer across all the Estates.
