PROMOTION
During April, 25 price reductions were made across, Long Bay, Red Beach, Karaka Lakes, The
Rise and Belmont. As soon as these reductions were promoted online, we saw visits to the Red
Beach page up by 651% from the same period last year. There is no doubt the reductions have
generated interest and hopefully post lockdown this can be converted into sales.
