The Price Reduction Promotion carried on in May delivering great results in what
was set to be a very difficult time for most industries in New Zealand. A total
of 12 sales for the month and a number of very good leads that will hopefully
deliver sales for the month of June.

Long Bay Estate was our ‘Star of the Show’ for May! Ling Su & Maryanne
Sikora teaming up to deliver the most sales for the month. Lots of interest and

enquiries in the Southern Estates and a property under contract in Belmont.
All the interest generated from the Price Reduction Promotion gave us a sale
in Red Beach too! West Hills and Hobsonville both had sales also – across the
board an awesome effort, especially during a pandemic!

Very positive results as we go into June and move into Alert Level 1.
