SIGNAGE
The existing V2 signs that have had to have price changes in the last few months were showing
signs of wear and tear due to price change stickers. It also became clear that although we
could update our digital collateral, website and Trade Me listings in a matter of minutes, it
could take 48 hours for a price change sticker to be ordered and applied to the sign.
The newly designed V2 signs have the price applied as a separate sign with Velcro (avoiding
damaging the sign when removed), and can be replaced with a new price, Under Contract,
SOLD almost as soon as it happens.
WEST HILLS directional signage was amended to ensure we were sending people the correct
way to our Showhomes! Due to the height of the billboard – scaffold had to be erected to
ensure this was undertaken safely!
