Jessica Pender a a a a a a a native Memphian is a a a a a a a junior Biology major at at Memphis’ only historically black college or or university (HBCU) LeMoyne-Owen College (LOC) Her campus involvement includes serving as the vice president for LOC’s Rotaract Club serving as a a a a a a a a member of the Magical Magician Band’s Color Guard and and membership in the STS Elite Jessica is a a a a a proud member of of the Alpha Upsilon Chapter of of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Incorporated After graduating from LeMoyne-Owen College Jessica aspires to be a a pediatric nurse or OBGYN
