6.   Report   of   the   Regional   Board   of   General   Purposes
REPORT   OF   E-ADMINISTRATION   /   GOVERNANCE
Electronic Administration of the Region in it’s fourth year has been well received by the daughter units with 130 of 170 Lodges E-Filing Half Yearly Returns for the period ended 30 Jun 2017. Chapter, Mark and RAM   units   will   also   come   under   the   ambit   of   REGAL   from   1   Dec   2017.
M W the Grand Master released the Mobile Application of  E-Directory of RGLSI at the Half Yearly Meeting   of   RGLSI   held   at   Tuticorin,   which   is   available   for   members   to   download   from   Google   Play   Store   .
RITUAL   WORKING   COMPETITION-2017
112 Craft Lodges took part in the RWC-Is  t Stage for the year 2017 of which 52 qualified to the IIn  d Stage. 17   Chapters,   22   Mark   Lodges   and   10   RAM   Lodges   are   participating   in   the   RWC.
MASONSOUTH
The Regional Grand Lodge Newsletter ‘Masonsouth’ were in the digital version and the latest issue covering the period 11t  h February, 2017 to 31s  t July, 2017 was uploaded in the RGL website. Printed copies   of   newsletter   were   sent   to   RGL   and   GLI   Board   Members   and   to   the   senior   Brethren   in   the   Region.
RGLSI   HEALTH   INSURANCE   SCHEME
A comprehensive Health Insurance Scheme of RGLSI was launched on 7t  h March, 2015 by M W The Grand Master in the presence of R W The Regional Grand Master. The Scheme was renewed during the year 2017 and 252 members have been covered during the year with 36 new additions to the previous year.
