REPORT RESIGNATION / CESSATION / EXCLUSION / DEATH OF A MEMBER
ALSO USE THIS FORM TO CHANGE AN ACTIVE MEMBER TO HONORARY MEMBER
The entire membership of your Conclave will appear in the dropdown menu. You can search for the member by typing his GCI ID, or by typing a few letters of his name.
Select the Member’s updated Status from the drop down selection.
Enter the date of Resignation / Cessation / Exclusion / Death.
In case of Honorary Membership, enter the date from which the member has been made a Honorary Member.
