ADD A MEMBER FROM OTHER CONCLAVES AS A JOINING MEMBER
Select the joining member’s existing Conclave from the dropdown menu
The entire membership of the selected Conclave will appear in the dropdown menu. You can search for the member by typing his GCI ID, or by typing a few letters of his name.
Select the name of the proposer and seconder, and key in the members’ proposed and balloted dates. Enter the date on which the member was inducted into the Conclave.
Enter the register number of the member in your Conclave’s physical register in the “Register No” field.
