Add New Member: Add a member, who is not an existing member of OSM, AMD or RSM in India. Add Joining Member: Join a member, who is already Inducted into another Conclave.
Add Rejoining Member: Re-Join a member, who has previously resigned from your Conclave.
View / Edit Members: This page generates a list view of all the members in your Conclave. You can click on a member’s data, which will open up a view of the member’s details at the base of the page. You can edit the allowable fields of the members’ personal data and conclave related data.
Change Member Status: Change an Active Members’ status to Inactive (Resigned / Cessation / Death / Exclusion). Also use this form to change a members’ status from Active to Honorary.
View Archived Members: All Inactive Members of the Conclave are displayed on this page.
Apply for GCC: Apply for a Grand Conclave Certificate for a member, who has been inducted into the order, and also
been elevated to Princess of the Order.
File /View Installation Return : File the Installation Return, and also apply for the Supreme Ruler Certificate. View the details of Past Returns filed online on this portal.
File/View Past SR Return : File the Return of Past Supreme Rulers in your Conclave. View the details of Past Supreme Ruler Returns filed online on this portal.
File/View Annual Return-Grand : File the Annual Return to the Grand Conclave in India. View the details of Annual Returns filed online on this portal.
