ADD A MEMBER WHO IS NEW TO THE ORDER, BUT IS AN EXISTING MEMBER OF AMD, RSM or ATHELSTAN IN INDIA
If the new member is an existing member of any of AMD, RSM, Athelstan in India, then select YES.
The entire membership of the mentioned Grand Bodies in India will appear in the dropdown menu. You can search for the member by typing his GCI ID, or by typing a few letters of his name.
Select the name of the proposer and seconder, and key in the members’ proposed and balloted dates. Enter the date on which the member was inducted into the Conclave.
Enter the register number of the member in your Conclave’s physical register in the “Register No” field.
