   Pizza Night!
Marinated Mushrooms & Onions
1 C. mushrooms, sliced 1 C. onions, sliced thin 1/4 C. olive oil
1/4 C. nama shoyu
2 Tbs. maple syrup
Toss together mushrooms & onions. Place in glass container.
Whisk together, olive oil, nama shoyu & maple syrup. Pour
over mushroom & onions. Stir to coat. Place in refrigerator for

 Raw Vegan Brownies
1 C. raisins
1 C. almonds
1/4 C. cocoa powder
Place raisins, almonds, & cocoa powder in a food processor or blender. Blend until a ‘dough’ forms. Press dough into an 8x8 pan. Slice & serve.
Raw Vegan Strawberry Pie
1 C. almonds
1 C. shredded coconut 1 C. pitted dates
2 Tbs. coconut oil
1 pinch salt
2 C. strawberries
2 C. shredded coconut 2 Tbs. coconut oil
1 pinch salt
3 strawberries, sliced
Place almonds, coconut, dates, coconut oil, & salt in a blender. Puree until ingredients form a dough. Press dough into a pie pan to form the crust.
Place strawberries, coconut, coconut oil & salt in a blender. Puree into a cream.
Pour cream over the crust. Top with sliced strawberries. Refrigerate until cream is thickened, about 2 hours.
at least 4 hours to marinate. Remove mixture, drain. Place on non-stick dehydrator sheets & dehydrate at 115 for 4-5 hours.
Cashew Cheese
3/4 C. cashews (soaked overnight & drained) 1 tsp. lemon juice
Pinch Himalayan salt & pepper
Place all ingredients in food processor. Pulse until a cottage cheese texture is achieved. Add a little water if necessary. Place crust on plate. Spread a layer of the marinara sauce, then a layer of the spinach walnut pesto, some of the cashew cheese, the mushroom onion mixture & then top with more cheese & onions.
