How it works?
Register for a Hands-free Shopping Passport at any of our Guest
Services desks when you arrive.
Show your Shopping Passport whenever you make a
purchase, and while you continue shopping, a member of our Guest
Services team will come to collect your bags.
At the end of your visit, just collect all your purchases from our
secure, centralised checkout, located by Lift Lobby 2 on Level -2.
If you are using Valet service, we’ll carry your shopping to your car.
Costs
Up to 10 bags: £15
