Context:
For many years, BD PAS have been working hard in creating awareness and building relationships with regards to Safe Blood Collection (Phlebotomy), at Lancet Laboratories in South Africa, and all other Laboratories over the African Continent.
Due to the fact that there are no WHO Guidelines on Safe Phlebotomy, Laboratories are not forced by legislation to move to safety engineered devices.
