Parts of a Mouse

Underneath the mouse is either a roller ball or an infrared, depending on the
type of mouse.

Other components of the computer hardware are printers. Scanners,
microphones, joysticks, trackballs, light pen, etc.

Hard Drive Maintenance
Hard Drive Repair and Fragmentation: Over time, small errors and
fragmentation can degrade the performance of a hard drive. These
problems can be corrected by a hard drive utility program.
Hard Drive Backups: Should be performed to give you an extra copy of

your files if your hard drive becomes damaged.
Virus Protection: Software should be installed on every computer to
protect against malicious computer viruses.
Compression: Increases the space on a hard drive by compressing, or
squeezing together, its files.
