Method 1: Direct cell editing
               This method will allow you to edit the entire cell or portion of it directly at the
               cell.

               Direct editing of entire text in a cell
                      1.  Click the cell that contains the information to be changed.
                      2.  Type the new entry. The old entry is replaced by the new entry.

                      3.  Press Enter key or click the Enter button on the Formula bar                 to
                          complete the entry.

               Direct editing of portion of text in a cell

                      1.  Double Click the cell that contains the information to be changed. [The
                          cell is opened for direct editing.]
                      2.  Move the mouse pointer or insertion point to the text you want edit in
                          the cell.

                      3.  Erase the text to be edited
                      4.  Type the new entry.
                      5.  Press Enter key or click the Enter button on the Formula bar                to
                          complete the entry.














               Method 2: Formula bar editing
                      1.  Click the cell that contains the information to be changed.
                      2.  Move the mouse pointer or insertion point to the Formula bar
                      3.  Edit the entry in the Formula bar.
                      4.  Press Enter or click the Enter button on the Formula bar               to

                          complete the entry.
