Data
Data is the raw and unprocessed alphabets, numbers, sounds and pictures. Data
has no meaning and not useful, but when organized, it becomes meaningful
information. Data is represented with the use of characters like alphabets (Aa -
Zz), digits (0-9) or special characters (+ - / * <>=etc.).

Sources of data
Primary Source is original research that is obtained through first hand
investigation. It is a data collected by an organization for its own use.
Primary data includes information collected from interviews,
experiments, surveys, questionnaires, focus group discussions and
measurement.
Secondary Source is research that is widely available and obtained
from another party. It is data collected outside an organization.
Secondary data can be found in publications, journals, newspapers and
internet.
Communication
Communication as used in the computer industry is the transfer or exchange of
information between or among two or more persons via a media, such as the
mobile phone, computer or a communication network. It is also the sending and/
or receiving information through a given media, such as telephone, computer or
the internet.
Forms of communication
Verbal Communication: Verbal communication is the use of sound
and words to express yourself. It is spoken word, either face-to-face or
through phone, voice chat, video conferencing or any other medium. It
is also known as oral communication.
Written communication: Written communication is any type of
