PARAMETER A ― LABORATORIES, SHOPS/FACILITIES
1. SYSTEM-INPUTS AND PROCESSES

S.1. The laboratory layout conforms with standards (RA 6541 National Building Code of the Philippines/PD 856
“Sanitation Code of the Philippines”) and to particular needs of the program.

All buildings within the campus conform with RA 6541 and PD 856 as attested by university director for infrastructure.

After having complied and submitted all the requirements to the DPWH office a certification on conformity with RA 6541
and PD 856 is issued to the university thru the office of the director for infrastructure.
