There are three parts to the mortgage approval, but this book will focus on

               how you -as the borrower- can get approved the very first time you apply for your

               mortgage loan. Many borrowers suffer embarrassment or delay because they are

               not fully prepared when they speak to their mortgage loan officer to apply for their

               loan. Let's take a look at what all goes into getting a mortgage for your residence.

               This book will discuss the process and how to get approved the very first time

               when applying for a home mortgage. We will focus on pleasing the underwriter

               who is the person that will approve or deny your loan request.

                        THE BORROWER →THE PROPERTY → THE TITLE DEED



                        There are three parts to the mortgage approval process. The first is you:

               the borrower! The second is the property that you're purchasing, and lastly, the title

               to the property that you are purchasing. All three parts must be approved in order

               for the loan transaction to be approved. This book will only focus on the

               BORROWER’s portion of the mortgage approval process. You won’t have any

               input as to the property value or condition of the property title so our focus will be

               on making sure your portion of the mortgage approval process is approved the

               first time you apply!
