International Labor Day, recently received an award as one of the companies that can survive
and are able to make various adjustments during this COVID-19 Pandemic. This decision was
made by the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2021 on April 30,
2021. This award was given at the Bekasi Center for Job Training Development (BBPLK) and was
directly given by the Minister of Manpower, Ida Fauziyah, and this event carries the theme "May
Day: Recover Together".

SANTIKA Indonesia Hotels & Resorts can be proud because on the commemoration of

According to Markhani, GM Human Resources & General Affairs Santika Indonesia Hotels &
Resorts representing the company to receive the award said there were approximately 4 criteria
assessed to receive this award: (1). Attempting to adapt to minimize layoffs, (2). Carry out efforts
to prevent COVID-19 in the employees' environment by monitoring employee health programs
and handling COVID-19 sufferers in employees properly.

"And the third, There have been no accidents during the pandemic in the work environment due
to negligence of employees so far (zero accident) and (4). Has a training and apprenticeship
program through the Santika Training Center. We are very proud and very happy, as a company
that was in the most impactful sector (tourism) at the time of this COVIC-19i pandemic, we are
