Learn the value of working side by side with five generations in the workplace. Understand how to
celebrate each gift and contributions that each group brings. Commit to action and best practices.
Managing Diversity in the Workplace
Geared specifically to those with supervisory/managerial responsibilities who need to learn how to
implement an effective and diversity-accepted organizational environment.
Real Talk Conversations
Though difficult, conversations that open dialogue about race, social injustice, and equity in the
workplace are essential to today’s successful workplace. This facilitated program is dedicated to creating
a safe space, while building action items to issues for improvement.
Respect in the Workplace
Meant for all employees. Participants will be able to: monitor and employee appropriate reactions to
cultural differences.
Unconscious Bias / Microinequities
Bias is real. Bias won’t go away. Learning how to move from awareness to embracing bias can make the
difference with collaboration, communication, and teamwork. This program brings the topic of
unconscious bias to the forefront so that unconscious becomes more conscious.
